• Basic Units are in stock in our warehouses most of the time except during peak season Aug-Dec
• Units in-stock can be shipped most of the time within 48 hours
• Units are shipped via freight truck
• Prepaid shipping costs will be calculated on the actual freight charges from the carrier, plus our handling charge. Prepaid freight charges will be added to your order.
• Credit Cards Orders will be processed when orders are received.
• In-Stock Check orders will be processed after checks clear.
• In-Stock bank check orders will be processed when received.
• All claims for missing pieces must be received within 7 days of delivery.
• All sales are FOB our warehouse. Receiver must make any claims for freight damage with carrier at the time of receipt.
• Applicable sales tax of 5% will be added to cost of goods for Ma. Customers or as required by law.
•  NOTE:  The trucking company's driver is only responsible for moving the item to the end of the truck.  It is the customer's responsibility from that point on to move the unit from the truck to the final location.  We recommend having able persons available for this task and to clear a path to final location.
• RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES 

• We must be notified if an order is being shipped to a residential neighborhood.  The trucking company will call the customer in advance to make a delivery appointment.  Someone MUST be home to accept delivery and sign a receipt.  Products needing to be re-delivered will each incur an additional, minimum charge of $85.00 and must be paid by credit card before product will be rescheduled for delivery.  If the product comes back to the warehouse, full freight charges will need to be paid before re-delivery.  Please be aware of these requirements when placing your order!

   

   

  Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt.Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived "Complete and Without Damage".  All claims for loss or damages must be filed directly with the carrier by the customer.  Berkshire Coverit,or the factory shall NOT be responsible for damages to and or losses of products during shipment.  The customer accepts ownership and all risk of loss upon pick-up of product by carrier.  All claims for loss or damages must be filed directly with the carrier by the customer! If your missing parts please call the factory of the product you ordered .

• Before you buy any shelter check with your local building inspector to see if any permits are needed,.

• We do no give refunds on any shelters because they do not meet local buildings codes. please check before you buy.

  RETURNS 

• All returns must be pre-authorized by the factory corporate offices, and assigned a return authorization number (RA#) before shipping back to the warehouse.  ALL RETURND PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SHIPPED (any returns send freight collect will be refused).  A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returned merchandise unless merchandise is deemed defective.  There are no refunds of freight charges.  Any product held over 10 days is non refundable.

• WARRANTY

   

  One to 5 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty depending on your building , all claims must be handled through  the factory .  This Warranty covers manufacturing defects, under normal and reasonable use.  This Warranty does not apply to defects discovered after purchase which were caused by damage.  The following circumstances are NOT covered:

  Blow Downs

  Bent Poles

  Zippers

  Close-Out, As-Is Purchases

  Misuse

  Acts of God

  Note: Do not let heavy loads of snow and ice buildup on your unit.

Standard 9oz sq meter/ 7.5oz sq yard  18 mill fabric       4 to 6 years

Heavy Duty 14.5oz  sq meter / 12oz sq yard 24 mill fabric     8 to 12 years

Note: Conditions have alot to do with fabric life such as being properly installed,sun and wind ,we want to try and be as honest as we can with our customers as to what to expect for how long your cover should last. In perfect conditions they should last the top end of the scale or even longer, but we would rather have you look at the low end and if it last longer all well and good.

You can order online if you like and select the pickup option during checkout. Don't worry about the shipping charge being shown in the checkout process , if you select pickup the charge for shipping will be taken off at our end before we bill your card and you will receive a copy via email and receive the hard copies in the mail.

      

 If you decide you want your order shipped to you, your shipping will be as shown unless you order more than one item ,in this case shipping charge will have to be adjusted to reflect the added items. You will be notified of the shipping cost before we bill any charges to your card for your approval.

 

Shipping dates when given is just the estimated ship date we are told to give by production.

 

Please keep in mind all custom part orders or custom building orders can take up to 3 or 4 weeks

 depending on the time of the year, sometimes orders ship within a day or two.

 

If you have a special need to have a building by a certain date its best to call before you order to see how soon you can get the items you need.

 

We will not tell you a date just to get the sale we beleive in being honest with our customers.
