You can order online if you like and select the pickup and color options during checkout. Don't
worry about the shipping charge being shown in the cart during checkout, if you select pickup the charge for shipping will
be taken off at our end before we bill your card and you will receive copies of your invoice and credit card receipt via email.
Pickups will be charged sales tax rate of 6%
We combine
multi item orders where we can to save you shipping cost. The savings if any will be reflected in the receipt
we send you when your order is processed. In some cases we can get a better shipping rate. To
see if you can get a better shipping rate then shown on complete shelter orders or multi item orders, email or call.
We will need items wanted and full shipping address for a quote.
For a freight quote we will need your shipping
address,the building and options you want. We can not ship to PO Boxes.
A Special Note on Shipping Charges: Some locations require added shipping
charges such as large cities, out of mainstream locations and off shore. If this applies to your order you will be notified
before your order is processed for your approval.
To
Place an order We will need your shipping address, building or product you want, Billing
address and information such as credit card number,expire date,name as it is on your card. Please fax or email all information
as to prevent mistakes. Let us know if you will be paying by mailing a check.

Shipping dates when given is just the
estimated ship date we are told to give by production.
Please keep in mind all custom part orders
or custom building orders can take up to 3 or 4 weeks
depending on the time of the year,
sometimes orders ship within a day or two.
We will not tell you a date just to get the sale we beleive in being honest with our customers.
If you have a special need to have a
building by a certain date its best to call before you order to see how soon you can get the items you need.

If an item you’re looking at is priced incorrectly we will give you that product for at least a 5% discount of
the normal mfg suggested retail price. (In certain cases the discount could be more then 5%)
